The team at Evenlode Investment Management limited are committed to long term relationships, both with the companies it invests in and with its investors. We also hope to build similar relationships with those that just visit our website. We understand that your privacy is important and that long-term relationships are built on trust and confidence. No matter if you are an existing investor or just a visitor to this site, Evenlode will not sell, rent or trade the personal information that you provide us as part of your visit, filling in our contact form or posting any comments. Cookies

Like many websites, we do use cookies in order to provide you with a better user experience. Specifically, we use cookies for Google Analytics and Hotjar, which help us understand how people use our website so that we can continually improve it. All information gathered is anonymous, unless you willingly pass your details to us by registering or submitting our contact form, and helps provide you with a better browsing experience.

Third party cookies

We do not share your personal information with other organisations or persons, unless we have detailed that we do so in this policy, or have your express permission to do so, or under special circumstances for example if required by law to do so.

When you visit our website we use a third-party service, specifically Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

We also use Hotjar in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience. WIFI

If you visit our offices and use our guest wi-fi we can access data about your device, the volume of data which you use and your usage by access time, frequency and location. However we do not retain these records.

Mailing Lists

When you sign up to receive our monthly factsheets, investment views and news, we collect personal information to enable us to send you notifications when we add new documents to our website that you might be interested in. We do not rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing a request to evenlode@evenlodeinvestment.com.

We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is kept secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have in place suitable physical, electronic and department procedures to protect the information that we collect from you.

Changes to this privacy policy

This policy was put in place to meet the requirements of GDPR which came into force 25th May 2018. We will review and update this document at the time we make any changes to the data we collect or the way we use the data. However, the review will take place no less than annually from the date it was published.
